Retreat Format

This is your retreat, you can choose to opt out of any sessions to have more personal time for reflection and rest.

Friday Evening:

  • 4:00 pm – Sign In
  • 5:00 pm – Introduction
  • 6:00 pm – Dinner
  • 7:30 pm – Candlelight Restorative Yoga – 60 mns

Saturday:

  • 7:30 am – Early Meditation – 20 min (optional)
  • 8:00 am – Breakfast
  • 9:00 am – Meditation – 30 min
  • Transition break – 15 min
  • 9:45 am – Yoga – 75 min
  • 11:00 am – Personal Time
  • 12:00 pm – lunch
  • Personal time
  • 3:00 pm – Yoga – 60 min
  • 4:00 pm – Break – 15 mns
  • 4:15 pm – Meditation – 30 min
  • 5:00 pm – Personal time, Q&A or group discussion
  • 6:00 pm – Dinner
  • 7:30 pm – Restorative Yoga

Sunday

  • 7:30 am – Early Meditation 20 min (optional)
  • 8:00 am – Breakfast
  • Clean up and Packing
  • 9:00 am – Meditation – 20min
  • Break – 10 min
  • 9:30 am – Yoga – 60 min
  • 10:30 am – Q&A & Group Sharing
  • 11:30 am – Departure
